Bright with a golden, yellow hue, this medium bodied wine has a delightful fragrance of butterscotch and stone fruit with an edge of minerality. Elegant and delicate, rich and complex fruit flavours and well integrated toasty oak. Balanced and intense through the palate the precise acid takes it to a very long dry savoury finish. Delicious, cool and refined.
If you’re on the hunt of the next up and comer, your search is over. The Pemberton wine region is set amongst the valleys and forest of Western Australia. The area is set higher and in denser shrub than other winemaking regions along the Western sea-board - yielding more rain and cool temperatures.
The result? Absolutely phenomenal fruit driven wines that do their gravelly, red and loamy soils justice. Look for well priced Chardonnay’s, Merlot’s and some Pinot from this region and you’ll be in for a treat!
