  • In the event that your purchase is faulty, damaged, or breaches a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law we would be happy to refund your money or exchange the product, on presentation of proof of purchase. In some cases, we will not be able to accept returns and instead we will seek to provide alternative solutions on a case by case basis in direct communication with the buyer. 
  • If you are seeking a specific vintage, please contact our team directly before purchase to avoid disappointment. We make every effort to ensure that the correct vintage (year made) is correct, however, this changes frequently and the vintage delivered may differ from the Current Vintage listed. We are unable to accept returns on orders where the vintage is incorrect, unless you have contacted us directly and received confirmation from Cana Wine that a specific vintage will be delivered.
  • We reserve the right to exercise discretion in offering refunds or accepting returns in respect of a ‘change of mind’.
