Crafted with 100% Pyrenees Nebbiolo from Malakoff Estate. Aromas of bright red fruits, mixed herbs, spices and dried roses. Flavours of cherries, ripe raspberries and spice. Walks the line of bright fruit and an almost savoury character, finishes with a burst of fresh acidity and supple tannins drag the flavours long.

The first vines were planted in 1867 by unemployed gold miners in the tail end of the Victorian Gold Rush. The region is now well known for its award winning varieties of sparkling, shiraz and cabernet sauvignon - the cool climate is particularly suited to producing shiraz and cab.
